In the spirit of an inventor, we have developed traffic safety facilities and construction technology based on technology from field experience.

Founded in 2024, Philco is a specialized manufacturer of traffic safety facilities and equipment. It has developed Thermoplastic, Two-componment cold plastic equipment and imported and supplied paints suitable for domestic.

In particular, the luminous solar stud maintains brightness that can be perceived by cars and people for 24 hours. We plan to provide luminous solar studs throughout the Philippines through a technical partnership with Korea's ESUNG Corporation. In 2024, we signed an OEM manufacturing contract with Korean ESUNG company and plan to produce and deliver 1 million units per year.
